In the wake of mergers and acquisitions, collaborations and separations, disputes and negotiations, friendly encounters and conflicts, disturbances, transformations, and numerous changes, an unstructured group of individuals involved in selling a variety of FMCG products in the Kaliningrad market finally decided to self-organize.
It would be fitting to describe ourselves as:
- Currently, the most proficient team of experts in the city specializing in distribution and increasing sales of consumer goods.
- Professionals who have established relationships with nearly every category manager in regional retail chains or connections to the right contacts needed to get a product onto the shelves.
- Collaborators with the region’s top promoters, advertisers, analysts, PR managers, and other relevant professionals. Each one of us has experience in major local and international companies, engaged in sales and promotion. Interestingly, none of us has a formal degree in marketing.
- A team that encapsulates all our proposals on a single page, always ensuring there’s an actionable plan (“HOW”) accompanying every objective (“WHAT”).
- We could also indulge in marketing jargon:

However, we prefer simplicity in our speech and actions. Therefore, we will describe ourselves succinctly:
