The agency constantly receives informal requests from beloved clients to help resolve non-standard situations. As loyalty and client-centeredness are our middle names, we always strive to accommodate these requests as much as possible.
- However, the number of such requests is only growing. Today, we are pleased to announce the introduction of a new department in the agency - the Delicate Assignments Dept.

“Excuse me, but I can’t even explain to my girlfriend what I do at work. Yesterday, I was accepting exhibition equipment, today I’m helping organize a tasting, and tomorrow I’ll be inspecting merchandising,” shares the head of the new department, Ivan Sarychev. “Here’s one of the recent stories: Customs wouldn’t release a client’s cargo. There were some problems with the documents. To fix everything, new documents had to be obtained from the Veterinary Inspection of the Moscow Region. Then they had to be authenticated and an export permit obtained from the Ministry of Agriculture located in downtown Moscow. Then, the corrected documents had to be delivered to a customs terminal somewhere in the depths of the Kaluga Region. And preferably as quickly as possible, because the idle cargo truck was jeopardizing the entire economic feasibility of the event. We managed to handle it in a day. It was unusual and at times thrilling. Now I’m acquainted with the Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Moscow Region and a host of other interesting people.”
For context, here are just some of the places Ivan and his colleagues have visited over the past month: offices and purchasing centers of retail networks, Rostest laboratories, exhibition pavilions, advertising structure manufacturing workshops, train stations and airports, wholesale warehouses and trading halls. And all this in six different regions.
If you periodically have important tasks in the cities where our agency operates, please reach out to us. The terms of work are as always transparent: working hours of performers plus related expenses.
