Die Küche, commissioned by SCH Asset Management, has developed and launched the beta version of the Iceberg AM secure asset ownership and management service. Users of this service can privately manage their assets without revealing their personal identity.

“In essence, this is our attempt to democratize and digitalize offshore ownership,” commented Dmitry Schnellreich, project lead, on the launch. “To achieve this, we collaborated with lawyers from some of the most forward-thinking jurisdictions.”

The service acts as a legal entity that engages with third parties on behalf of the owner. Ownership is formalized through non-fungible digital tokens, which are only formally valued upon their naturalization and removal from the structure’s management.

infoDIE KÜCHE, since its inception in 2009, has been engaged in online development, implementing numerous integrations and facilitating the automation of client business processes. Now, it extends its expertise to Web3 development with the goal of revolutionizing small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by integrating them into the decentralized tech landscape.

infoSCH Asset Management, an anonimous venture capital fund, was established in 2017 within the digital realm. It specializes in providing financial support and guidance to projects dedicated to the advancement of web3 technologies.
