Temporarily Halting Operations in Crimea

sell sales

In response to ongoing geopolitical developments, we have made the decision to suspend our operations in the Republic of Crimea (or the current official name of this territory).

All our valued clients and partners unanimously agree that this suspension is necessary given the force majeure circumstances. We will refrain from entering into any new contracts relating to this territory until the situation is clarified, and appropriate decisions are reached.

“It is important to emphasize that our decision to temporarily halt operations in the region is not driven by only political considerations,” commented Dmitry Schnellreich, the agency’s head. “The first issue at hand is purely legal: we need clarity on the jurisdiction of the territory, payment processes, and where to seek protection of our rights and interests. Until these matters are resolved, we must put this topic on hold. We are not influenced by political rhetoric, but rather by the actions of public companies. As soon as we witness the opening of Sberbank branches in Crimea, Russian telecom operators, and the launch of direct flights by Aeroflot, we will promptly resume our work in the region. However, until even state-owned companies recognize this territory as part of Russia, we cannot assume such risks.”

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and act accordingly to ensure the safety and compliance of our operations.
