- SCH Asset Management has initiated the experimental demonstration pension fund with venture capital potential, ABC. The fund aims to outperform traditional instruments and secure a sustainable pension for the fund owner. SCH Group will provide informational support for the experiment.

“The underperformance of traditional pension funds is not news, ” commented pension consultant Andrew P. “Most of them aren’t even keeping up with inflation. But that’s just one facet of the problem. The other is that unqualified investors lack access to tools in traditional markets that would allow them to take on additional risk. They are unable to enter venture capital funds due to high financial thresholds, and the strategy of random stock purchasing has proven ineffective.”

“Existing pension funds face another issue,” adds Dmitry Schnellreich. “Few people realize the amount a middle-class individual needs to amass to live comfortably. Consequently, they overlook the profitability a pension fund needs to achieve to produce the necessary amount. This level of return is inherently venture.”

“The new experimental fund is designed to deliver such returns,” the fund administrator concludes. “It’s a challenging, yet intriguing task. We plan to report our progress and thoughts as we proceed, enabling anyone to replicate this success story - or learn from our potential failure.”
Dmitry Schnellreich has been appointed as the chairman of the fund’s board of trustees. The selection process for portfolio managers is in its final stages.
